Shelli Masek, Rotarian from Sioux Falls, spoke about the efforts of Hope Haven Ministries and its efforts to help the disabled in Romania. Romania was occupied by the soviets for decades and has not progressed quickly in the 20 years since it regained its independence. Shelli presented a slide show about a trip that she took with the group to distribute wheelchairs and other assistive equipment.
